By using the TallyCart application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the Application

TallyCart is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Price Accuracy Disclaimer

TallyCart provides estimated totals based on user input and scanned price tags. Final prices are determined by the store at checkout. We do not guarantee accuracy.

No Warranty

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
